Hi, I’m Seth
With a lifelong foundation in movement and holistic wellness, my journey began at home. My mother was a yoga teacher, and I was introduced early to the principles of yoga, breath work, and body awareness from a young age. Growing up in an environment where mindfulness and embodiment were part of everyday life gave me a deep, intuitive understanding of the connection between mind and body. This early exposure eventually led me to pursue formal training, and in 2017, I earned my 200-hour yoga certification. Since then, I’ve been teaching with a focus on mindful movement, self-awareness, and helping others feel more at home in their bodies.
To expand my capacity as a wellness practitioner, I trained extensively at the International School of Shiatsu, earning certifications in shiatsu, lymphatic drainage, kinesiology, and reiki. These healing arts enhance my understanding of how to support the body’s natural rhythms and restore energetic flow. Today, my work blends movement, stillness, and touch to help clients reconnect with their bodies in meaningful ways. Whether I’m guiding a yoga class or offering shiatsu massage, my goal is always the same: to create a safe, supportive space where people can feel grounded, empowered, and at ease in their own skin.
